1 teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
½ teaspoon sea salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar (optional, for added depth of flavour)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Vegetables:
1. Wash and chop all vegetables into bite-sized pieces to ensure even cooking.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the courgette, bell peppers, red onion, cherry tomatoes, and baby carrots.
