Ingredients:
4 large bell peppers (any colour)
450g lean minced beef
200g cooked rice
1 small onion, finely diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (400g) tin diced tomatoes
100g shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions:
1. Preparation:
Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove seeds and membranes
In a bowl, combine cooked rice, ground beef (raw), diced onion, garlic, half of the diced tomatoes, half of the cheese, Italian seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper
2. Stuffing:
Fill each pepper with the meat and rice mixture
Don’t pack too tightly to ensure even cooking
3. Air Fryer Cooking:
Preheat air fryer to 360°F (180°C)
Brush the outside of peppers lightly with olive oil
Place stuffed peppers in the air fryer basket, standing upright
Cook for 12-15 minutes
4. Finishing:
Top peppers with remaining diced tomatoes and cheese
Cook for additional 3-5 minutes until cheese is melted and golden
