Ingredients:
280g firm tofu
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp cornflour
½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions
1. Drain the tofu and press it using a clean kitchen towel or a tofu press for at least 10 minutes to remove excess moisture.
2. Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes and place them in a mixing bowl.
3. Add soy sauce and olive oil, tossing gently to coat the tofu evenly.
4. In a separate bowl, mix the cornflour, smoked paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Sprinkle this over the tofu and toss again until each piece is well coated.
